"I love my amazing Mac and cheese and sandwich with the glorious raspberry ice tea. However, I could not enjoy it. I get it, today is Halloween and the staff was dressed up, but somehow their common sense and ability to maintain safety and sanitary guidelines went out the window. Mans with the yankees hat and black shirt was complaining loudly with no mask. He verbally said he messed up some orders, mind you preparing food with no mask. This girl in the onesie with the half shave or something did not have her hair up GROSS and no gloves that's so nasty. Girl with the highlights in her hair, kinda wavy, medium length. Trust Bonnie!! I’m so happy me and mother went here this afternoon. The French Onion soup was delicious and Bonnie sealed the deal by letting me try a little first. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. Understand when I say knowledgeable! I love to see it. Great customer service! My food was delicious fresh and tasty shout out to the people in the back! ?

Sheesh based on the reviews I guess it’s not just me. 1 of 3 sandwiches were edible. Drive through made an error which is fine. No one is perfect. We went back for the right sandwich which they rushed through. Poor bread was still white and barely toasted lol. That Mac and cheese sandwich…garbage. They could’ve thrown Kraft Mac on there with salt and pepper and would’ve done better. Idk what that is on that philly cheese sandwich but take it off and redo that thing ASAP. Cuz it’s NasT! The bbq chicken sandwich was good tho. Ate that right up! I love Panera but y’all need some color at the table cuz honey them sandwiches need a lil salt and pepper or something.
