"The sandwiches were good, but unfortunately, the lettuce in mine was mostly spoiled (as seen in the pictures). I am shocked that the person making the sandwiches did not notice the rotten lettuce, or even worse, saw it and still included it. I now understand why this restaurant has a low rating. I do not plan on returning as I am hesitant to send food back out of fear of retaliation, so I simply removed the lettuce and ate the sandwich. I think I will opt for Burger King instead, as I have never encountered rotten lettuce in their sandwiches."

The restaurant was extremely dirty, with dishes and trash cans overflowing. The tables and carpets were filthy. Definitely not up to Panera's usual standards.

I am continually disappointed by the service at this restaurant in scheibera. No matter how specific I am with my online orders, they always seem to get it wrong. The soup always comes without the requested toppings and sometimes even items are missing altogether. I have had enough and will not be ordering from them again. Unfortunately, there are limited healthy food options in this area, but I cannot recommend this restaurant due to my consistently bad experiences.
