"We had a very nice Mother's Day dinner here because I'm the mom and I was craving Italiano. This was a last minute plan and I really appreciate that the Hostess who took my call was so upbeat and welcoming. I enjoyed the dim lighting, candles at the table, and large window view of passersby on the street. After eating all over downtown Pleasanton, this place has become our go-to. We've been here for lunch and dinner, and tried many of the things on the menu and a few specials. We've tried different drinks, from a glass of champagne to ice tea, and I can't say we've ever left unhappy. They are moderately priced, and the staff is always friendly and kind. They have inside and outside seating, and we have never had to wait. The food is always consistent and prepared well, and is great quality. I wish I had something to complain about, but this is the place we go to make sure we have a good experience!
