"Hey there coffee lovers! Let me share my experience at Peet's Coffee with you. First off, I have to give a shoutout to the barista who served me she was amazing! She was super accommodating and even prioritized my drink when I told her I was in a rush to catch the bus. Talk about excellent customer service! Now, let's talk about the environment. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of seating available and things can get a bit crowded when multiple people are ordering and waiting for their drinks. Plus, finding parking nearby can be a bit of a challenge. On to the most important part the coffee. I ordered a chai iced tea and while it was tasty, I have to admit that the price was a bit steep. For years a friend and I would grab a coffee or mocha with whip. Omg the fun we'd have sitting talking and people watching. Still to this day, when in the area it's a must visit. Was an always the best. I'd suggest you stop by and enjoy.

We came here after having brunch in Oakland. We had to use the restrooms and the worker was so rude, saying we can 't let you in unless you make a purchase . Who 's saying I wasn 't going to buy something after? Also, they were letting other people in who didn 't pay for anything! So why are me and my buddy being singled out for not being allowed into the bathroom? The workers need attitude training and attitude overhaul. Not to mention if you do make a purchase, you will have to spend between $8-10 on a coffee. Truly absurd. The bathroom situation at this location needs to be investigated... PRONTO.

Perhaps a tad biased and a bit late of a review considering I have been going to this Peets for years. I decided I finally need to write them a review! Here 's why: I ordered mobile for a colleague just to find out I sent it to my former neighborhood Peets on Piedmont Ave instead of Shattuck. After taking a few good seconds to reflect on my carelessness, I began re drafting a new order to the correct location until I impulse decided to take a chance to tell the baristas my situation. "We went for the first time to the Red Fort for Indian Food. We were with two other couples. We had no waiting when we arrived. We all loved the meals we were served. "we came into this restaurant because the restaurant we first visited was closed early and would not serve us 5 minutes earlier. we looked around and decided to try this place. I found my new Fav spot in st george. I live in dallas and come here twice a year and I would always go to another restaurant, but now I will visit this place. two of my friends I was with also loved this place. great service and great food. do not go anywhere else if they have not tried this place"

"In June 2022, the food at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the Farmhouse Egg Scrambles and found that the potatoes were mushy, the biscuit was stale, and the eggs were just okay. I also ordered the Classic Buttermilk Flapjack, which was supposed to be a 16” pancake according to the staff, but it was only about 10 1/2” (see picture). The cost was about $1 per inch and tasted like any big chain pancake house. However, the entrance of the restaurant was pretty cool as they had autographed pictures of celebrities who had presumably visited."

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."

"We needed a quick food run with gluten free options and we chose Mad Pita because it was highly recommended for GF options. The woman Working the register completely ignored and disregarded multiple attempts to ask about gluten free options and the contents of the rice bowls. When we receive the food, I pointed out that there was something on the bowl that did not look gluten-free and once again inquired, can you tell me the contents of this bowl? She ignored me, handed me the bowl and continued to say “nothings guaranteed.” I had to get on their online menu to find out that there is Boulder wheat in the salad and was not informed of after multiple attempts of asking. I even inquired about the gluten-free menu and she said she knew nothing about that except that they had gluten-free pita bread. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The woman completely disregarded any and all concerns. Wasted my $10 and had to throw away the bowl because it contained gluten."
