"Phil's will fill you up. Everything is good to eat here and they have big portions. I have been coming here for years . They always have fast and great service. The restaurant here is always tidy and clean inside. The staff are always are kind and helpful. I recommend everyone trying this place out if your in Fountain hills. Ambiance is good old classic cars gas stations kind of stuff fun. But owner attitude sucks and food is borderline, definitely not worth a return visit. Only game in town though. Service is slow but effective. Skip it unless you just really want breakfast some morning and can't find options.

I am not sure how they do it . . . but Phil's is able to provide excellent food across a vast menu. Just like the deli's on the east coast, you will find anything you desire on their menu. For us it is a bit of a drive, however we eat there often and believe me it is worth the drive. Great job everyone.
