from beginning to end, eating was excellent. we went for restaurant week, which included a three cursor, and there was no weak connection between all the six things that we try. the cocktails were good, not great. I would go for cry instead. but eat that?

I usually don’t write reviews but Plas is most definitely deserving of one! The food was incredible, but the star of the show was the service. From beginning to end we were taken care of with careful detail. The drinks were perfection as well. Will most definitely be back!

I was treated to the Chef's Whim for my birthday, and the entire evening was STUNNING. The food was immaculate, Xander (our server) was informative and attentive, the chef came out to speak with us and I got to ask all about the food sourcing and inspirations, and the wines were just perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better night. Plan this for a celebration or special event, and enjoy the luxury of it! I savored every sip and bite, and my partner and I enjoyed 3 hours of wining and dinning as he and I chatted and laughed, and enjoyed the entire experience. Absolutely the way food and meals SHOULD be done!
