Spouse ordered the #1 Signature Bowl with ahi tuna. I had the #4 with tempura shrimp. The tuna was good sized chunks. I would need to classify the shrimp as 10 15 size, done properly, not overdone. Received 4 shrimp which covered the top of the bowl quite well. The #1 was a bit spicy for my taste. I thought the #4 was just about the right spiciness if you have been reading my other comments. Got the #4, Kilauea Krunch, half brown and half white rice. First time here. Staff was friendly and patient with me ordering slow. Place was super clean, good music playing and reasonable prices.
