"my man and I had lunch here on Saturday afternoon and had a great experience. the wait was short and the service was excellent. all the staff we met were friendly and pleasant. we sat on the veranda and enjoyed the view on charleston with perfect weather. they are used to start free maisbrot and honeybutter. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and my man was fried. both were fresh with the perfect crispy texture. the aromen were delicious and balanced good. the fries were also perfect and crispy/soft. I ordered a lavender martini that was delicious. they can really taste the vanilla wodka I loved. we would definitely go back! it was a good mood."

this place is absolutely amazing! eating is fresh and full of taste, menu variety is just right and the staff is very attentive. I would recommend a reservation because the space is limited. their outdoor seating are dog friendly and they will treat their four-legged friend just as they! more amazing location and one must stop when in charleston! they will enjoy everything from the menu here!

had a wonderful lunch here last Sunday! the restaurant has a small cozy cozy cozy sweet mood. there seemed to be a waiting time when we arrived there, so this must be the place where it happens for brunch. the fried green tomatoes was a great starter – the bacon jam for the bathroom was so delicious! really enjoyed the shrimp grits (with poached ei for $2.50) and country fried chicken -beide huge portions and very tasty!

we had an excellent experience here! we have made a reservation that proved necessary, as they turn away from sanctuary. the location was beautiful and clean, only slightly cramped, but to expect in the historical charleston. the Pimento cheese fritters were a perfect starter. very creamy and tasteful (a nice change for this cheese stick love girl). I had that hugging and wagging and it's not an exaggeration when I ever say the best. our server was fantastic, attentive and fast and everything was on the square. we would definitely visit here again.
