"We chose Porter for our first night in Chicago. We have changed our reservation time to Open Table, but it has never updated with the restaurant. When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes for a waiter and another 25 for cocktails. One of the three was wrong, but it wasn't worth it then. Our waiter admitted he was new, but he had no sense of urgency. Food was good, but not great. We had planned at Dessert, but we said the kitchen was closed at 8:30 as our food was served. Oh, good."

The waitress did not get our order right, although I repeated it twice. She didn't come and asked us if we needed something while we were sitting. She only took our order and then came by with the check

Rayshawn was great, the second time we had him. Keep it up with suggestions and made the experience fun. Pita and hummus were great, like the crucible chicken. However, the Caesar salad was Bland and the tomato soup was missing taste. The pork chop was solid but would have expected a little more taste from the chimichurri.
