"I had a very bad experience at Pronto. Staff is unpolite( very unusual for any Restaurant, especialy for Graz). 1st day I got a false meal, which was then taken away with a comment “We are ging to eat it”. Then i got a coffee with some make up on the cup, which was then looked by the waiter and wiped with the fingers im front of me before i got the new one. 2nd day the waitress started talking how she doesn’t like to be called, just because i raised the hand to get the menu she was holding. The owner didn’t mind to even hear about it. If you want a normal service, skip this one."

The waiters are very attentive to the Americans who take care of the service. The food is also really good quality from appetizers to desserts.

Italian restaurant where no one speaks Italian.... The menu is rather complete in terms of choice but from the evening onwards we are only allowed to have pizzas. On two servers, one pleasant and the other completely casual and jerk.
