"I was suspicious of the negative reviews on here with there being so many fabulous reviews, but after experiencing the service and the cuisine I now see that the people giving positive reviews must have had no previous experience with fine dining and definitely no experience in the restaurant industry. The atmosphere was on point but the staff was inexperienced...far too inexperienced for the price point and the level of dining Providence is advertising. We waited at the bar for our table and our drinks were good although it took the bartender an abnormally long time to pour 1 glass of whiskey neat and make 1 mixed drink. We were seated with menus but no wine list (which we had to request)...

Beautiful, modern and short menu. My spinach and strawberry salad with grilled salmon was delicious. The restaurant is located in Double Tree Hotel, but is very good to visit.

Came here with my fiancé for a date night on a Friday. It wasn’t super busy which was nice. The service was pretty good, everyone was super friendly. The food was good- I had the duck gnocchi and he had the pork osso bucco. Both dishes were tasty and large in size. We will probably return.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner and I don 't think we 've ever had a more awful Thanksgiving meal anywhere. Instead of local honey and cider brined smoked turkey we were served a sliced turkey roll. Instead of Hardwood smoke plum glazed ham we had sliced canned ham covered in pineapple and maraschino cherries. Instead of slow roasted prime rib we were served sliced charred bone dry beef. The vegetables were tasteless and almost cold. The assorted bread basket was cold hard rolls. Dessert was thin apple or pecan pie no pumpkin. For the price paid $34/person) we expected a nice to very nice buffet meal. We should have gone to K&W Cafeteria instead....it would have been much cheaper and tasted...
