"here is closed! I booked an dinner with my colleagues. I have even received the request by text to confirm the reservation. when we showed up, there was a sign that was closed. I approached a hotel employee who worked in the lobby bar to find out about it. She said it was closed for two years! I explained I made a reservation through an open table. she said this happens all the time and they don't know how to turn it off! extremely disappointed. hopefully, an open team member will see this!"

that was our 2nd Christmas time at the buffet. as the year before, it was not disappointed! there is a great selection of food and the service was excellent. we felt very welcome and the whole staff was very friendly. we will come back safely next year!
