"Amazing food! Highly recommended. We recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and did not think we would find ethnic food of the same quality. Well, as far as Lebanese food goes, Qana Cafe is far better than our go-to Houston favorite. We tried the Mediterranean Sampler and every last item was delicious. The sampler includes falafel, kibbeh, kafta, tabouli, stuffed grape leaves, hummus and baba ganoush. It's hard to pick favorites, but my low-carb diet husband loved the kafta (spiced ground beef), and I thought the stuffed grape leaves were the best I've ever tasted. Last but not least, the owners are charming and friendly. If you like Mediterranean food, be sure to check out Qana Cafe!"

Fish shawarma was hands down one of the best things I've ever had! Not only was the food amazing but the owners were amazing people and truly care about their customers and about putting out great dishes made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!!

Don't judge a book by its cover. This restaurant is truly amazing. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is exceptional. Even though I do not live nearby, I always know I can rely on Quana for a delicious and nutritious meal that is both satisfying and colorful. It's also a great bonus that it's BYOB.
