"Previously loved kuro shiro, and they were my place for ramen in new haven. the vegan tantanmen are delicious. they make a cashew broth and it is so rich, creamy and nutty (combined with the sesame.) the vegan spicy nebel lacks in taste, it is very easy. My husband and I each tried their two vegan ramen dishes and they were delicious. The veggie gyoza was also tasty. We stopped by on our way to New York and this place is conveniently right off of 95. There was a good crowd for early Sunday evening.

I love this place!! I always get the Vegan Ramen with my friend and it NIE FAILS. We have done sitting and taking a total of 10 times and even the recipe at home now. Nothing beats to be in the restaurant. Nice staff. Very clean while Covid-19. Faster and simple takeout. Vegan-Ramen, vegan desserts and all quite expensive!
