"So our horrible experience at Rare went like this. Mind you all this with only 6 guest in the restaurant and a party of 15 in the private area. 1. No one at the front for ten minutes, then I walk to the side and ask is there a hostess. A young lady comes and says yes, then the hostess comes through the front door with an HEB bag with bacon. 2. We get seated and they begin to take our drink orders. One guest asked for bottled water and the waitress said “it’s $12” do you still want it and we said yes. Our entrees took approximately a hour for us to get them; and they were wrong despite being entered correctly by our waitress! This was all while the restaurant was pretty empty. But our waitress Raven was amazing still from start to finish; she was the only enjoyable part!
