Something changed with this Red Lobster and my goodness what a lovely experience!! Alex, the manager, and Katie, our serve, were a pleasure (even when we came in super late). Highly recommend seafood lovers stop in!

The hostess was unpleasant and we were not seated for almost 2 hours when there were plenty of servers and open seats. Many people that came in after us were seated before us. Our waiter was pretty nice. My wife’s steak came out almost raw. Not thrilled with my dining experience

Management must tell staff to completely ignore pickup orders because I stood waiting for 10 minutes before the dedicated takeout person acknowledged me. Then my order wasn't ready until 18 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready. And to top it off, the order was messed up. How do you not include fries in the fish chips?!
