"This was our first visit to Repeal. We have eaten at LeMoo, Jeff Ruby's and Ruth Chris in Louisville as well. We would rate Repeal just behind LeMoo, ahead of RC and way ahead of JR's. The food as just as good as LeMoo, but LeMoo wins out slightly in ambiance. It was loud in Repeal. So loud that we had to speak loudly ourselves just to hear across the table. Not like Ruby's where you have to scream to the person beside you though. We enjoyed Repeal a lot and will be back. The location is excellent when staying on Whiskey Row."

Everything was wonderful and our server Emily was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. We took our 5 year old son with us and they were also very tailored to his needs. Great place and will return in spite of it!!!!

The food was great and the atmosphere nice but to as cozy as the pictures but still nice. Really my only issue was where we were sat which was a football shaped table for eight. With open four top seating available you’d think it would be a better option. Normally I’d share a bite of my meal with my wife but it was as if we were at thanksgiving dinner at my in-laws always asking “to pass” something. But the food was excellent and our service was great.
