"The food was not bad. Chicken was crispy. I had a 6 flat combo wedges and roll. Also ordered 6 party wings and roll. We ordered a peach cobbler and were charged for it. We didn't receive it. I called once I realized it so that I could come back to get it , and they never answered the phone. It was only 9:30pm. I will call again tomorrow to see it they will answer. First time eating here, I'm visiting from out of town. I will definitely update to let u all know what happened with me getting my cobbler.I'm"

The 4 stars were for food!!!! The service would have done it all five. The CS older lady was rude and fussy/sassy. Not a good look. If food wasn't for the customer, I would have just run away and went somewhere else more appreciation of my money

Richie has the BEST fried chicken, but the last two times I left they were .. wait for it .. CHICKEN! I know the supply chain is crazy, but no other restaurant couldn't get a chicken, and I asked myself. Increase prices if you need, but still a strike and I will have to find a new favorite.

First visit and I will not complain, but the chicken was definitely delicious, but the maische potato portion was reduced to perhaps half the kfc size, so it was very small and the macaroni and cheese was not delicious at all. Black Own Business, so I want to support, but repair the Mac and give more potatoes and that would be an award-winning dish.
