"We enjoyed this restaurant. Very friendly and kind waitress. Delicious food in generous portions. Very unique restaurant with traditional, perhaps original, decor with private dining rooms. The button on the wall actually calls the waitress! Even the bathroom was 1938 gorgeous. Definitely a fun, delicious experience. We will be back!"

"Google needs an option for negative stars. 1 star doesn't convey our level of dissatisfaction and rage. We won't be back. Call me a Karen IDC. We didn't ask for the manager but we absolutely should have. Whatever that server's name is, Nick, I think it was? He's the reason. We have never, NEVER walked out of a restaurant in our lives until 3/4/22 but why would we stay to be ignored? When my very polite husband is trying to flag down our server like he's hailing a NYC cab and other tables have realized we're being ignored and are trying to help us to get his attention by shouting at him but can't, that's beyond bad. I swear it seemed intentional. Was he mad at us for mentioning we were just about to leave because we'd been sitting for 20 minutes and no one had come over yet? Our server checks on the table right next to us 4 times and not one word to us. Our drinks (all 4 of them) are empty. He drops off an app, did he say ANYTHING??? No he was gone so fast we couldn't even ask for anything. Did he even notice the empty glasses sitting on the edge if the table, no. 18% gratuity added to all checks. Why should he try? 20 minute wait at the table just to get a drink order in. We spent 1.5 hours there and we had a glass of tea, a glass of water, 2 martinis, and 2 apps."

"I'm afraid I have to change my rating to a star, because there's nothing lower. I never thought I'd say that, but the crystal grill is on the way out. I've been eating there for over forty years and never had a bad meal or a complain. The baked calf cuts have been excellent for years. it was my favorite, but now it's just rough. it was transformed into pork, which has a bad taste, regardless of how they cook it, while the gravur is now simply brown engraving with a lot of salt in it. it tastes nothing like it did a year ago. my family and I made a special trip to greenwood on Friday, 21 May 2021, just to go to the crystal grill. we were all very disappointed to say the least. I brought it to the attention of the girl when I went to pay, but she has only a bad attitude about it. in the back room where we sat, another person was in vain. I drew attention to the waitress, but she just did something and went away. my family should be right not to breathe another's cancer. also the waiting staff has no respect for others. when cleaning tables they simply throw the crooked and cute into the tub, without considering how loud and ohrpiercing it is. so much for a quiet comfortable meal. who drives here? they do a terrible job in it and just have to stop! unnecessary to say this is the last visit we will ever make to the crystal grill. it has lost its whole quality and attractiveness. there are better places to go!"
