"After a long day at work in downtown Denver--my first day at the office after finally testing negative for Covid--I stopped to pick up my pizza from Rosati's. A man waiting in the store complained to his wife about how their pizza is going to take another 20 minutes.Me: They must be short staffed. The pizza is good though!Man: I really hope so. This is the first time I'm ordering from here. I've never waited this long before for a pizza. I wanted to treat my grandson who has been working hard in our backyard. I was then told by a young man that my pizza would also take another 20 minutes, which would take it well past 7.Me: But you close at 7.Young man: No. We close at 8.Me: You have a sign...

Absolutely love their Chicago deep dish pizza! As an Italian, I’ve been trying to find a great, local pizza spot and I think this is it! The crush had the perfect crunch, cheese melted and the flavors were amazing. Will definitely eat here again and again!

Walked in and placed an order for a 10 deep dish with 2 meats and ricotta cheese as well as 10 boneless wings. Was told it would be a 25-30 minute wait which is understandable because it was 7pm. Ended up waiting about 50. At the 30 minute mark they seemed to struggle to find the order which makes me suspect it was not started to begin with. The wings were your average hot buffalo wings. The pizza was good but I paid $5.50 for 2 meats but there wasn't much on there. The crust sauce and cheese were all good though.

"First let me say the atmosphere is amazing, although a little loud, but in an exciting sort of way, not in a can 't hear your conversation sort of way! Our server, Christian, was amazing! He is absolutely one of the best in the business! He was knowledgable about the menu, the history of the building, bourbon and wine and more! Now on to the food! The crab cake appetizer was the very best we had ever eaten! It was pure crab with just enough bread crumbs on the outside to hold it together! Just big hunks of crab! Yum! We had heard so many times that Repeal had the best steaks in the city so we had to check it out. I am sad to say we do not agree! My filet was overcooked and actually charred on one side even though I ask for it to be medium well (a little pink). My husbands steak was under cooked even though he ask for medium well also. Yes, we could have sent them back, but unless something is inedible, we rarely do. We were just disappointed more than anything, steaks were still very edible and good, just not great! The $20 twice baked potato was not worth $20 even though it did have slices of truffle on top and truffle oil as an ingredient. The Caesar salad was a disappointment! The addition of white anchovies was different but did not elevate the salad in our opinion. The bread pudding was amazing! I highly recommend! Oh, the cocktails were subpar! I know this sounds like a total tear down of Repeal, but it is not! I think we had too high expectations and were just let down by our experience considering the price! So, with all that said, would I go back? Yes! I would but would chose very different menu items than this time. And I would probably skip cocktails and go for wine instead."
