"Royal Fusion is located in a food truck park with a few other options (Indian, Mediterranean, and Cajun). Overall, I think the food here is good. I tried the potatoes and the chili garlic noodles. Both were really yummy but the noodles were def my favorite. A big con for me is that the noodles didnt have a vegan/vegetarian protein option so it wasn't as filling as it could have been. For those who eat eggs, you can ask for eggs as a protein though!"

I head to 6th street in Austin to meet Siva. I encourage you to strike a convo with him, he is hilarious!We tried the spicy chilli potato it was bomb! I will try other items off his menu when I visit Austin next.p.s brownie points if you speak Tamil. Thala padu local

Crispy chili potatoes are soggy fries I'm spicy goop. Dumplings are frozen from a bag and deep fried then covered in sauce from a bottle. General Tso is hard chicken pieces deep fried and covered in the weirdest sauce I've ever had, it literally had broccoli bits in it? Not even pieces but like lest overs from another dish. Trash.
