"Thanks to online reviews we found this diamond-in-the-rough. I've traveled I-10 for years and never had much luck eating in Ft Stockton. This time it was different! Excellent homemade foods that do not taste as if it came from a freezer. The burgers were excellent and the rolls on which they were were perhaps better than the burger itself. I had the butterfly shrimp and was impressed by taste and tenderness. The homemade chips and salsa were even very good compared to the standards of El Paso and San Antonio. The service was also good. The chips and salsa took something because they were freshly roasted chips. The food took a good time, but not enough to get my 2 years old to get restless....

Awesome Amazing food the staff was very nice and stayed on our needs will definitely be again the owners are the best!!

This place has its ups and downs. I have been eating here for years and it has been a good place to eat. The past 4 times, we have had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our meals when there are less that 4 other tables in the restaurant. Not sure what happened but the staff is not the same and not near as many staff hands.
