Salt is one of the most exceptional restaurants I've tried in Cleveland! Their menu is constantly changing so you get a chance to explore different menu items each time you visit. They have a good mix of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Their menu is also really diverse so pretty easy for a larger group to order whatever they want. Our server was really helpful and gave us helpful suggestions on what to order for the group. My favorites from the menu were the dumplings, burrata, and scallion pancakes.
