"We went there as a big group (12). The restaurant itself has a rustic but contemporary feeling for it, very beautiful indeed! The menu is plentiful. A very strange steak order system. Just a piece of meat. Okay, some people like to say now, it saves when ordering through the restaurant etc., and yes, it can be so good, but we talk about first-class beef and great prices! The staff was terrible! So the restaurant was full, loud and people talking. You can't let any employees stand at the end of a long table where nobody listens to me when you leave the food behind us and nobody notices it. Then the food is put in front of us and while it hits one of us around the head with a wooden board and then laughs and says you're still alive all good... The food was okay. A sensation in this small town and a beautiful idea with beautiful surroundings, but if the service is not too much and you are served by young girls who do not experience much customers, it brings you to a bad start! That and prices together are not good. If you take a concept from abroad, then you must try to fulfill the same customer service experience! Train your employees in kindness to keep your customers."

"We're on 1. Holiday evening went spontaneously to eat there. Actually, the restaurant deserves the double number of stars. The staff is consistently very friendly and accommodating. The food was super tasty, the meat fried to the point and the Palatinate was finally kneeling down. The portions are big... I've served the portion for the little hunger. We sat inside and can't report anything about the terrace. We spontaneously went to eat there on the first evening of vacation. Actually, the restaurant deserves twice the number of stars. The staff is consistently super friendly and courteous. The food was super delicious, the meat was roasted to perfection and the pancakes at the end were to die for. The portions are large... I was enough for a small hunger. We sat inside so can't comment on the terrace."

"I had ordered a pizza Hawaii. It was paid in advance, then I knew the reason. I was served a frozen pizza from a pizza oven. Some of the pizza was still raw and just tasted disgusting. After the pizza was served, the service moved to the back of the kitchen. I don't think you could complain. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. What paid in advance, then I knew the reason. I was served a frozen pizza from a pizza oven. The pizza was partly still raw and tasted just disgusting. After the pizza was served to us, the waiter moved to the back of the kitchen. I guess so you couldn't complain. Never again."

"Through some information and opinion of v. Citizens a very good, bourgeois restaurant in downtown Uelzen it is true. For lunch, next to the normal card every day 5 different dishes as lunch. My wife had caessler roasts with cabbage and potatoes and I fish, vials with potatoes and a very delicious mustard sauce. Everything, both in price, under 10, € and in quality, excellent, very tasty. The service was very nice and helpful. The restaurant with the rooms very appealing, we come back!! Thank you."
