"UPDATE: THIS RESTAURANT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED ACCORDING TO SIGN POSTED ON DOOR. I'm so bummed. I just moved to Raleigh and this restaurant is right around the corner. I had the beef tips with gravy over rice and it was the perfect comfort food that I was craving- yummy. The hand breaded chicken tenders and homemade chips were also delicious. Healthy portions, fair prices, and super friendly staff. I will definitely be back."

Takeout only: I just moved back home for a few months from NYC before moving out west & decided to give this place a shot since I had never been before.

Unfortunately it is permanently closed for a few months now. It used to have Consistent and tasty food with typically good service. Meets expectations and that is better than most places.
