This place is characterized as a gourmet experience... it is definitely not. We got a three-course dinner two nights in a row (pack deal) and on the first day, the older woman waiting for our table could really not be disturbed. The first two dishes were cold when they finally arrived and the last dish was warm and it took almost 3 hours to complete the dinner while other couples with other waiters did the same in less than 2 hours. On the second day the service was much better, but the food wasn't great yet.

Beautiful hotel on a hill by the river. The building is very beautiful and it is right next to the entrance of the actual castle. The room I stayed was nice, although I had a higher expectation of a romantic hotel (it is part of the romantic hotels), that is also a castle. The room itself was spacious, while the bathroom was very small and also somewhat outdated. Breakfast was very limited and quality is not up to the standard you can expect. We also had dinner at the restaurant. The food itself wasn't too bad. The choice on half board was limited and concentrated on meat.
