"Review from an out of towner. Was planning to go somewhere else in Times Square around 5pm on a weekday in the summer. Other place had a long line. Walked past Schnipper's and I could see some seats available and no line at the counter. Which actually made me think this place must not be good. But reviews looked decent so went in. Order taker was friendly and answered a few questions. Seating area was comfortable and clean. Only took about 10 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches to come out to table side. The best chicken filet burger I have tasted in a very long time. Service was fast because I was late and not a lot of people were there. It was a take away. Waited few minutes to get the food. Yes, restroom needs a lock code that is printed on the receipt.

Absolute best chicken fingers I’ve ever had and they are GLUTEN FREE!! Best GF bun also for sloppy Joe! Very light and airy. Wife has Celiac and had no concerns, exceptionally GF knowledgeable staff. Great chocolate peanut butter shake and good beers too for me (Montauk IPA)!! Amazing experience!

The food is really good and the service is quick! The staff is really nice. The location is convenient, right on 8th avenue by Time Square. The food is so good and the place is really clean and open. The Mac and cheese is the best! It's really cheesy and creamy. They put just the right amount of food into everything so you're filled up and not hungry but not overly full. You can sit inside or outside under the shade. My new fave restaurant in Time Square!
