"I have eaten here many times and each time the food was superb. It is rare when I find a restaurant that truly inspires me to return. I have had Roulades, Wurst, Shaufele, and other dishes. All were cooked perfectly. As good as they were...the sides were just as good and complimented the main dishes well. The service is always great. The waiter explained dishes in detail and was always accommodating. It is my Go To restaurant in Ansbach!"

Excellent food! Wild boar and deer is a must have! Great local specials and flair! Great staff! Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome! Cook to order eggs and omelets were great! Very tasty!

We spent one night in Schwarzer Bock Hotel on the way from Rothemburg to Munich. We enjoyed very much our stay. Lovely ambience, rooms eith all details, the staff always taking care of you,... Also, the restaurant and, in the morning, the breakfast delightful. A...very recomendable hotel. I hope I'll come back
