"they were extremely short employees today, which unfortunately led to a less than stellar experience. I was very disappointed, especially since I had waited for it for so long. I want to go back another time, maybe at a later time when the dinge run smoother. the manager spoke to us and was very friendly and open to our feedback. I hope for a better experience next time. I can say that I enjoyed the frozen hot chocolate, it is very rich when they love chocolate and sweet things. they will love this drink."

Service was very slow had reservations and was seated half hour later while others with non reservations were seated . Food was a little pricey for the style and taste overall definitely could be better for AC atmosphere

Over an hour wait for food and there were only a few other tables seated. Tables were getting up and leaving without ever getting their orders. The waitress never came out to update us on our order. I'm sure they are short staffed but communication is key. When our food finally came out, only two people at our table got their full order, the other two had to wait for the rest of their food. The waitress never came out to check on us either.

we never had a chance that we waited on the hostess stand and no one came to sit down. I went in and talked to a server they said someone would come out. we waited 5 minutes that never someone turned around and was lying behind us in a food dish, they looked at each other and others came to stand, no one had ever burst. it's quite a place that we're so mistreated. was there to celebrate a birthday wanted big sunflowers. fyi. dining room eis was kapuze, cheaper and waited immediately
