"Placed an order on December 31 for pickup on January 1. When I arrived at on the 1st to pick up my order, the store was closed. Everything here is amazing! We have been celebrating birthdays with Servatii's cakes for years. This year, we decided to try a bunch of their treats and we loved every single one of them.

This and Milford location are terrible. The cheese pockets price has gone up but got two today as gift and barely any cheese inside. They used to carry fruit tortes in stock and now have to be ordered at Milford. Then you’re lucky if it arrives. There’s no prices on anything so you spend 20 minutes asking the price of everything in the place. Bad service.
