"I live about 20 minutes from this location but it’s the closest one to me and I really wanted a burger. I ordered at the front counter (not a kiosk) a gluten free bun double patty burger with avocado, and some sides. I drove all the way home before seeing they gave me a completely different burger, with fried onions and a normal bun and bacon (I don’t eat pork).I called to let them know and the manager already knew about the mix up. I think Shake Shack is a good restaurant, but I also have issues. I ordered take out for the first time eating there. The food was way too overpriced. I also found out they forgot a couple of things, and the meat was kinda raw. I don’t know if it was a little bit off today, but I was a little disappointed. The food was still pretty good.Food: 4/5

I walked in to see it has a self service order tablet which I liked but what sucks is that my son wanted ketchup on his burger which wasn't an option on the tablet. I figured we could just get a packet and put it on ourselves so no biggie. Still asks for a tip which I think is ridiculous since we don't know if the food will be good and we served ourselves. I went to another eatery to order our food and they took my son's to go. When he came to the other store he didn't get ranch with his spicy fries and was so disappointed.
