"I was in Chicago for a conference and the organizers ordered a Kosher lunch from Shallots Bistro. They ordered the menu item 'The Bomb ' it was a pretzel bun filled with all sorts of deli meats and sauces. It was quite delicious, which is good because they ordered it 4 times that week! One of the evenings my wife and I went out to Shallots and we had a wonderful time, the steaks were expertly prepared and drinks were refreshing and the dessert quite interesting. Great place for a special night out."

We 've been coming to Shallots since the very beginning. We never had a bad meal. Always had great service. We used to love the 'black hat ' as our favorite, but the brownie a la cart just might beat it! Great job Shallots, keep it up!
