"Unfortunately, all the food we ordered has arrived cold. we ordered the Jalapeño-Poppers first, and they had a rightfully still in the center. then we ordered the special flatbread, which also arrived some as cold as well as overcooked (it was much more the texture of a cracker than a pizza.) finally we ordered the Cuban sandwich, which is a pressed sandwich, and it also arrived cold until the cheese was not even melted. it didn't seem like it was too busy, so I'm kind of confused as the food service was so poor. our server was polite and took the items from the bill, but seemed overwhelmed. we tried to eat here twice, and both of them were abandoned. the coffee is fantastic!"

tasted but was surprised by the heat on my terriyaki orange chicken kewers, and cheese curds. a head up would have been nice, because I couldn't eat the chicken spies.
