"I loved Smashburger when I lived in Denver six years ago. I ate lunch with my granddaughter and her father, what a disaster! It took a total of 32 minutes for all three of us to get our food. We were warned that the chicken sandwich took 10 min to cook. That was okay. I ordered a Smashburger with onion stack and my granddaughter ordered a simple burger with frits. The chicken arrived about 10 minutes and we didn't get our burgers more than 20 minutes. I was so ordered, but I saw a better burger at McDonald. My granddaughter came with cheese, not just. She only ate half after spending a considerable time scraping off the cheese. Don't waste your money with this Smashburger!!"

Eating was fine. We had expected a higher quality, but McDonald?s or chick-fil-A is better. Don't order. We ordered online for 630 and they had it ready to sit 540 straight. I also called to change the pickup time and they had no idea where my order was. If you eat here, show yourself and order.

Not only that they overload the person before me and then when they try to recharge them, they did the weakest $6 shake I've ever seen. When I asked them why they didn't shake off the shake, they told me that the price of everything was going on. I included a picture of my overpriced $6 shake. Don't get back to this place. I usually love this place, but the lady in the register was somewhat rude and short with not only my wife and I, but apparently all that came in. Then I see that another person goes out of the kitchen and while I talk to the person in the register, put her hand in her pants, then over her face and then back in the kitchen. I don't know if she washed her hands or not. Time to go to another place. Or even better, Freddys

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
