"Our kids received two coupons for 2 free small pizzas from their schools. We never order from snappys but decided to give it a try. While ordering we told the rep we had 2 free small valentines coupons and what we wanted to order. The rep took our order and then charged it to the credit card before even asking for our address or verifying the coupons or that we were even done ordering. After getting a alert of a charge done we asked him about why we were charged early. He told us that it was his second day and he needed to find help. After coming back on the phone he said that there is no manager in the building and he is still trying to find help. Who doesn't have a manager on shift! Also...

New management came in and ever since orders are constantly late and always show up cold or room temp. I?m so disappointed this location used to be amazing but needs a lot more improvement. It?s a shame.

Just had this AMAZING Pizza ! We were passing by and decided to get a Pizza and their $5 Pizza cookie. Both were phenomenal to say the least. Chery on top, the owner gave us free Cinnabread, a $5.99 value for free. Thank you for making our day !

I think the taste is good but you have to just try it because the questions I had about slices seasonings etc., the gentleman didn't know and not confident in anything he said. So my issue is customer service related. Food is good for what it is. Thx
