"I came here with my mom for a late lunch around 3pm, best time to go. Our server was Carrie. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu! We started with the deviled eggs, delish! They had a kick to them which I like. Then my mom had the fried chicken with greens and mac n cheese. I had fried catfish with greens and green beans. Everything was so tasty and fresh! We were too stuffed to do dessert but they have banana pudding and strawberry shortcake. Those are our favorite types of desserts. We will be back to try them!"

Food was good although I liked the chicken wings better that the regular fried chicken. The eggs were great

Ordered the coal-fired half chicken. It was undercooked and I was afraid to eat it. Had to take it home and cook it to eat it. Sides were good. Biggest issue was they add 20% to your tab, compulsory. Of that, wait staff gets 15%. So, they just add 5% to you tab and pocket that. They don't raise their menu prices, they just put it in the fine print. I wonder how many people notice. Unethical. Doubt I would return.
