Employee taking my order was extremely rude, didn?t ask if I wanted my order in house or to go, didn?t inform me of where to pick up my food after ordering, and wasn?t in uniform(just a white long sleeve with an unbranded apron). Woman with glasses and brown hair. My pager was buzzed and when I went over my coffee was there but no bagel. I waited a few minutes to ask for my bagel and when I did they were confused and had to remake it. I?m confused how they lost and order less than 5 minutes after me ordering it. I waited 35 minutes for my order, which was wrong, and the staff were loud and unprofessional in the back. The portions were decent, but overall I was disappointed with the experience.

Over priced, tables were dirty. You bus your own table. The spot you return your plates and silverware was over flowing with dirty plates. Butter is almost frozen so it is difficult to spread on a toasted bagel. It is just not like it used to be.

The service was efficient as we were served promptly after ordering. We waited approximately 5-10 minutes to receive our food and then departed. The staff we encountered were friendly and the establishment was well-maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning in the future.

"We visited Billy G's on a Thursday night and it was getting crowded by 6:30 PM. Parking was a bit difficult so allow a little extra time. The noise level was louder than preferred but not horrible. We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent."

"Believe me, I love a good burger and they're above average here. However, when we visited, the service was very slow and the underdeveloped pommes are only attractive when they can come to your table before you are finished with your meal. One of the other reviewers was a small part with the comment on the first round of the Fritten. The Royal Red Robin with an egg and bacon is always my goal. I also like that they have bottomless steakries and bottomless salad as a healthier option. My burger still had the Mayo when I asked it to be omitted. Coca-Cola is garbage and they add too much ice to their drinks. The prices are fairly fair. The bar was nicer when I remember and they have space for wheelchair / carryout."

"Not good and definitely not recommend. I ordered the fillet mignon steak with garlic butter sauce and they brought me a fillet with cheese, mushrooms and mushroom sauce. I told them I think they brought me the wrong steak and their answer was good that they might have, but even the fillet with garlic butter comes with mushrooms. It doesn't make sense, because the menu says fillet with garlic butter sauce. It says nothing about mushrooms like the other two steak options. Also, none of them say anything about cheese, why did tf come with cheese? She said she'd look and she never came back and said something. Okay, cool it's the wrong steak, but let's talk about the quality of the steak. I eat Steak 2-3 times a week and can tell you that the steak I had was not good quality. $49 for what tasted like a cheap/tough shoulder steak. If you want a terrible overpriced steak, don't look further because Trattoria Toscana has covered you. They say their chef cooks with his heart and not his hands. Well, maybe he should start a bit more with his hands. Absolute garbage."
