"Oh, my! The food and service here is fabulous! We started with the roasted green tomato appetizer with Pimento cheese and pulled pork. My Hubby is a roasted green tomato marker; he thought the pulled pig and bbq sauce would increase the taste. Hubby also had half ribs and half smoked chicken. (I guess he was hungry!) He split a bone and it was under the best smoked rib I tasted. I had the brisket panini sooooo yummy!!! This is definitely a shiny star in Newberry, SC!!!"

The Brisket was excellent and the cheese curds too! The service was fast and the food was hot. They were pretty slow, but I'm glad they were reopened on Wednesday, so I had the chance to give them an attempt. The stop is definitely worth when you go through the area.

While we were disappointed to see that The Flying Pie was no longer, the Steelhorse Smokehouse made up for the loss by way of excellent food and excellent service. I devoured my chicken salad, and wish I had ordered one to take home! This is our new favorite place in Newberry, and will stop in every time we pass through!
