"I begin with, my wife and I met during work in a restaurant, and I still own a food truck, and all that means is. I understand. it's not easy. we've been here since they opened up. Literally, decades. we went to her opening weekend during the ballon festival and still have the cup to prove it. post graduation meet from class schools, from high schools. on the way back to libanon come tank stops from the city football and football matches home. while my wife was student at uconn, we spent many nights that were drowning with mensa. good time, great memories. so many good experiences, running the years, but after the last, I'll say we don't come back. what I'm sad to tip, but now there are other better drinking and restaurants that I'm ready to drive the extra mile to go and we have a big family. details: tonight, when we arrived, we sit in the dining room quite fast, as there were several empty tables. the waitress was nice, placed our drink order and waited for 2 beer and 3 so. during the order of dinner my wife asked if we could get the burrito without the rice and was told that we could not. that means they're rolling their burritos, okay, here's our job for my family. apps: nachos with chili and calamari. meal times: 2 pre-rolled burritos, children tender, caesar salad whu, wobble soup, and their special muffaletta sandwich with truffle frying for a charge). after 30 minutes our apps appeared. about done calamari, and over boiled afteros which I used to be the best around, no more by a long shot). 40 minutes and our food came out what was good. the spellings were delicate, the prerolled burritos were prerolled burritos, the suppe was suppe, salat, but eh. these are fast dinge to roll out a kitchen, c’mon . the muffaletta sandwich. the iconic delicious legendary sandwich from new orleans, was a sad half roasted 6 inch grinder cut in half lol, 2 3 inchers my 13 year old commented) with 3 slices of meat, a piece of cheese and chopped olives. for $14. I had to stand up for the story of this sandwich and, .it was a 6 inch sandwich with 3 slices of meat, a piece of cheese and chopped olives. for $14. half an hour later. I asked politely to talk to the manager. he went on the table, and I explained that we waited a fairly long time, we love this place in the rule, look at this $14 debacle of a sandwich, please take it out of the bill. no excuses or declarations. instead, grabs the sandwich, begins the acknowledgement times of our ticket, essentially means that we irrational and impatiently lol, which did no sense, and went away. worst manager, with which I had to ever talk, and I worked with some bad things. at the end they took the muffaletta out of the bill, but I still paid for the truffle friars even though they stole em. thanks for the memories willi brew it was good while it took. ?"

"Got a bad vibe from this place. Sat down to have a couple beers one day when it was pouring rain. 3:00pm, a guy who's apparently a regular was visibly wasted and trying to talk to me. It was fine, no big deal, I was friendly. It was like the bar tender thought I was going to laugh at him and she made it clear that he's a valued customer. I'm ebarrassed for you, if you think thats a way to greet new customers. If a patron of yours is so sloppy drunk during the day that you then tell new customers to basically ignore it and imply this was normal for 3pm on a Tuesday, yikes. I honestly couldn't have cared less about the dude. It was like I was new and as if I was going to judge him/make fun of him or something. Bar tender asked me where I was from.. when I said the town, she turned off. Instantly changed the music to strikingly odd songs given the awkward atmosphere that was just created. like hit the road jack ect, no longer friendly, litterally waiting for me to finish my beer... to which i said 1 more please... to her obvious discontent. Ok lady I get it you work hard and think everyone else had their lives handed to them except for you, hear someone is from somewhere you believe rich *holes are from and the fact that I didn't fully embrace a slurring and stumbling drunk at 3 in the afternoon confirmed in your mind that I wasn't a customer you wanted. I felt bad for her because she flipped like a light switch, she couldnt hide it and it showed how immature she really was."
