"First timer here! I’m used to American style Mexican food smothered in cheesy goodness. I’m guessing this is more authentic Mexican food. I ordered a beef quesadilla and it was super small like taco size, along with rice beans and salad. It was decent but not amazing. I expected the quesadilla to be larger. My daughter ordered chicken poblano and she liked it. I really appreciated the attentive service and the atmosphere. The Mexican restaurant I normally have been to has put creepy skeleton pictures on the walls, so I‘be been looking for a new place. Taxco atmosphere is colorful and cute with authentic table decor. Texaco has the best Pollo Con Crema which is one of my favorite dishes! This Texaco is very clean and the service is always timely, warm, and friendly. Definitely try them out, you won’t be disappointed.
