"Our server was new, so she was a bit overwhelmed, but handled the pressure well and she also had a great personality. The other staff stepped in and helped out where they could. Italianisimo has been our favorite restaurant from the day they opened in Woodinville. We don't live there anymore, but awe are close enough to come down on occasion, and it is well worth the effort."

"I had a fantastic dining experience at this charming Italian restaurant. I stumbled upon it one evening and despite arriving just 15 minutes before closing time, I was warmly welcomed and quickly seated. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a long lost relative in need of a good meal. The manager reassured me that there was plenty of time to enjoy my meal and I was promptly served with bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, and a menu on a beautifully set table. My server, Teresa, was delightful and provided top-notch service with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and familial, rather than pretentious. I ordered linguine pasta with anchovies, olives, and extra red sauce, and all my requests were accommodated with a smile. The pasta was delicious and the service was impeccable. I paid my bill and took the rest of my meal to go, all while being assured that there was no rush. I look forward to returning to this restaurant soon as it truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you're a regular customer or just passing through, you can expect excellent service and a wonderful dining experience here. Bon appetit and Arrivederci until next time!"

"Very friendly staff, the coffee is one of the best! I drink double espresso with just one foam from the industry of Woodinville and Duvalls Strasse for more than a year! Amanda the Barista is the best for coffee and expertise! She taught the team there how to make my coffee and everything they do for the best! It really does my day! The staff there is very friendly and we became friends! Totally recommend Mercury’s coffee! I am a professional photographer and thought to photograph the staff and the place for free, just like gratitude for Mercury’s and can be used in their ads!"

"This is my absolute favorite coffee stand. Your latte is just so smooth and tasty. The line is never long, but it is usually just a person in it that covers the window on both sides, so it can wait a little. It's worth it!"
