"On February 22nd, I wrote a review about our experience at BOCCA. I wanted to share some additional details. The day after, my daughter contacted the owner of BOCCA and received a prompt response. She explained the issues we had with the cancelled reservation and the treatment we received from Carlos, the manager on duty that evening. It was discovered that the hostess who took my reservation had entered my phone number incorrectly. A confirmation call was made to the wrong person which led to the cancellation. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is creative and well-prepared, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is comfortable and visually appealing, with a lively vibe. I wish I lived closer so I could dine here more often, but fortunately Cape Cod is just a short drive away, allowing us to visit several times a year.

I informed the staff that I was vegan and requested no oil in my food. Unfortunately, they did not comply with my request and instead treated me disrespectfully. When my food arrived, I noticed oil droplets on it, making it clear that my request had been ignored on purpose. When I confronted the staff about this issue, the manager was dismissive and unfriendly.

We were in the mood for Italian food and decided to try Bocca. We were seated in the bar area because it was early, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with pleasant background music for dinner. Our waiter, who was also the bartender, was attentive and excellent. I ordered a small salad and the Cioppino, which was delicious and well-balanced. The handmade pasta in the dish really stood out.
