"5 STAR EXPERIENCE. The Village Inn is by far the best food on Balboa Island! My girlfriend lives on Balboa Island, so I've been driving it more often than I can count, but have never tried until a few days ago! I got the pulled pork sandwich and my girlfriend got the shell soup, both were OUTSTANDING! Also the mood of restriction is fabulous, the servers go beyond and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible! At one point in our meal even the owner came to our table to ask how our meal was (sometimes I would only expect somewhere like mastros or a high-end steak house) ... Overall my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend The Village Inn to ever...

Fun Place. Great food. Very cool local restaurant on Balboa Island. Friendly atmosphere, really good food and live music every night of the week! Try the flank steaksalate or the Ahi Poke!

Great place to see a game. Had breakfast here this weekend and caught some Sunday morning football and had a great time. Breakfast was very good, definitely a lot to choose. I think they're served up to about 3. Then beers are only $3 during the games. Not sure how we used to know about this place, but it's just one of the better places on the island, will be back for more.

Really delicious food!. Moving to Costa Mesa and stumbled at this place while I bought Balboa Island with one of my friends. We stopped at noon and were sure we did. We shared an appetizer and ordered a salad. The food was excellent, I must say the portions here are quite large and we were not able to finish everything, but still no complaints about the food. Overall we had a great time and imagine that we will stop sooner or later
