"If you have allergies or specific dietary needs and are willing to spend a bit more for some nice treats, this place is an excellent find. If you’re looking for something particular or need larger quantities, I recommend calling ahead, as we noticed that some items had just been sold out when we arrived. Also, don’t be misled by old reviews; this place is not located in a church basement, but rather has its own storefront. While the owner does accept card payments, cash is preferred for small businesses to avoid transaction fees. I would definitely return! EDIT: I did return, and wow, the gingersnap cookies are incredible! They don’t taste gluten-free at all. I’ve added some pictures that...

We stopped by on our way through town, and we're so glad we did! I tried the gluten-free blueberry coffee cake, and it was absolutely delicious—hard to believe it was gluten-free! Everything in the shop looked great, it was very clean, and parking next to the building was easy. I highly recommend this place!

The owner is very friendly and will gladly answer any questions you may have. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I managed to find a spot nearby. They offer a wide variety of vegan breads, spreads, and jams. However, they don’t serve cassiers or anything mentioned in the description, though they are attentive. I had the tomato quinoa soup, which came with a side of cornbread and a slice of carrot cake. Everything was delicious, and I regretted not stopping by sooner!

November 2019: I enjoyed some delicious cranberry cardamom cinnamon bread! The vegan gluten-free cupcakes with glitter frosting were amazing! In a previous post, I mentioned their excellent gluten-free and vegan options, including creatively flavored banana bread cookies. You can also place orders in advance. The location, by St. Patrick's Church at the corner of North Main St in Brewer, is convenient and welcoming. They also sell their treats at farmers' markets—Wednesdays at the Bangor Grange and Saturdays at the greenhouse on Buck St.

"You can call ahead 30 minutes before arriving. They don 't take reservations. This place was packed. We went up around this area Saturday for the Aerosmith concert. I came here a year ago I always wished I could have that pizza again. We lucked out and got seated immediately. It is a bit loud in the main hall. They do have a specials menu. They also have gluten free options. Our waitress was accommodating and had a good sense of humor. The Best Damn Pepperoni Pie was damn good. The balance of flavors, the kick from the peperoni, the freshness from the oregano, and the softness of the ricotta made it a great pie. The dough is made locally, as well. A very nice wood fire pizza. The pulled pork sandwich, Like Melted Gold was also really good! I liked the slaw on top. Added more spice, and the texture from the slaw was good too. The sauce was a nice touch as well. The buns weren 't all drenched in sauce and they weren 't soggy soft yet firm. My friends enjoyed their meals drink. One had The Sweetest Mess , she really liked it. The other had a gluten free crust pizza, and she was impressed by it. The other had a hot dog, and he really liked how the hot dog bun was grilled. They can give you just a regular hot dog, too, if you want. They give you mustard and ketchup when asked. The fries were good as well. Our waitress was very nice and had a sense of humor. I noticed that the Fear The Fungus burger on the menu said If our mushrooms make you hallucinate, please inform us immediately so we can overcharge you . I asked the waitress if she 'd still overcharge me if I hallucinated from any of the other food. She said no. : Great experience."
