"Great food and good service. Tio Mateos is a good choice if you are in East Greenwich and want a fantastic handmade meal. I get a burrito, but they also have another restaurant here where they have a variety of ready to eat meals that are all made in the house from scratch. If you are in a hurry you can call and the freendly staff will gladly put your meal aside for you. I would come back very much!!"

I've eaten here since they opened up and never had anything other than good food. Your Mexican food is wonderful, but the chicken pancakes make the winter bearable! The staff is also amazing!

Tio Mateo is the hands down the best place in East Greenwich to take lunch with a friend or go for a quick lunch or for an early low-key dinner with some good drinks. Never had a bad experience. Always. Top-notch operation.

Tio's is our favorite place! It is fresh, fast, so good, the staff is so friendly and you cannot beat the prices! My husband and I eat here very often and our children praise it here too! Make a great family night out or take out if we don't feel like cooking! I recommend it to everyone!
