Went here last night after Indian food in the same little shopping area, and was pleasantly impressed with the passion the folks had for the ice cream here, which makes sense now that I know that the business is family owned, and was actually started by the son when he was a kid, and now that he is in high school, his parents are his employees! I had the minty chocolate chip cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream in between, and my wife had the Detroit Pothole ice cream, and we sat outside under the nicely lit trees on the communal patio. Very nice!

I was having lunch at The Pines and stumbled across Lil Dude I've Cream and clicked on About and was instantly inspired by a 13 year old legacy that he built deciding to sell Ice Cream at the age of 13, and his parents helping him navigate the entrepreneur make a path. He built that young idea into an Entrepreneurial Legacy for himself and his family. I stopped in saw Mom Dad and got a little update on Lil Dude. He's in HS now probably going to become a prespective UGA student. I ended up getting the Cookie Sandwich called the Celebration bc lord knows I had to celebrate this Lil man's accomplishments. Cool World Ice Cream Shop is true to its name in every way. The shop is literally the coolest most thoughtfully designed ice cream shop I have ever been to. Period. And the staff were so incredibly kind and charming, that I wanted to support this business immediately. But let me tell you, the ice cream is just as excellent if not better than the decor.
