"My husband and I like to take day trips and scout out new microbreweries. A month or so ago we landed at this place for some beers and loved it! We came back yesterday for the same and to try out the food that looked and smelled so good. It was just as great as the first time. Both the food and beer are delish! The gorgeous facility can't be beat. From the high ceilings, huge windows, wooden floor and wide open space it's a place to kick back with your partner, friends or family to enjoy their company and the experience. Some folks here have complained about having to order at the ordering center rather than having table service. Usually, I would agree, but not in this case. The staff are v...

Always wanted to visit this place and finally did. Was not disappointed. Very cool atmosphere and their beers are pretty good. Food was fantastic. Their fries are really good.

twisted bin brewery is a wonderful facility! the bar offers are ingenious and very obligated, and the wonderful works of the kitchen are worthy of the recommendation. 10 of 10 would recommend!

Frankly, I’m obsessed. They have a huge selection of different beers all fermented in house. Pilsners, Marzens, Milk Stouts, I.P.A.’s ETC.Also, someone dumped easily a million into an old building that was once decaying away so that deserves a million stars in itself for what that does to the local community.Food is bomb! With an emphasis on local. The bread is sourced from Thoms in Lancaster. You can tell the dressings are made in house. now they’re serving dessert! The whole place has an authentic feel and charm.

"Gus’s is my favorite place to eat. Whenever it is my turn to pick where to go, here is where I pick. However I went by myself yesterday and it was horrible. Worst of all, no one cared. It was a very bad experience for me. The food tasted great and it came out in a decent time frame. However the silverware was dirty and the service was terrible. The waitress told me they had brussel sprouts but she was wrong and just brought me mixed vegetables that I did not order nor want. She never came back to see if things were good and my water was empty the entire time. I wanted a to go order which was a huge issue and I had to ask for the check which I was overcharged. Overall she was the worst waitress I ever had at Gus’s. When I went to leave I told Kelly that the food was good but the service was lousy. Instead of her asking what happened she became argumentative and said that I had one of their best servers. She then gave my credit card to a young man and walked off. So she also gave me bad customer service. Yvette left who was one of their best servers thank goodness Becky is still there. If I go back I will request Beckys area because she always gives excellent service and in return I give her an excellent tip. I tried to call and talk to someone about my experience and was told that besides Kelly everyone was in Greece till the end of July. Shame on Gus’s for treating a customer who has been loyal for years. Like a bother and as if I did something wrong. Good food, terrible customer service !"

"These are some of the photos from what we experienced at Easter Dinner. Our server told us she had to be reminded as she forgets a lot. Drinks weren’t refilled, they ran out of dessert and when asked they added a snickers pie that was dug up quickly to put something out. When I called to speak to a person in charge 2 days later, I was transferred to Emily Good’s voicemail, I called back and GM Larry took the call. This was the same GM that was in a chef coat slicing meat and did not clean, refresh or manage the dining properly the day of Easter, BUT decided to hang up on me when I rebutted everything about our experience. I am not sure what is happening with Mgt here or how they got to this point, but it will go downhill really fast.Edit: to your reply. Where was I to go with my guests after 3:30 on an Easter Sunday to feed them. After your reviews online, we decided this would be a very nice place. Unfortunately, after having a wedding the evening before and all your staff being exhausted and talking about it to us, was no excuse for the dining experience we had. We did eat, meagerly as there was not much to choose from. Not one person left with a full belly. As for a refund, a compensation should’ve been given without ever mentioning anything. We were served like peasants with leftovers for when we had expected a fine dining experience. I’m still waiting for Judy to return my phone call."
