Had a reservation but when arrived, was told it was bar service only. The staff was cranking horrible death metal music from the bar. Just a terrible dining experience. Seems like Umami has just let this location go.... sad to see.

despite two attempts on two burgers they could not cook a burger competently and still only serve burger. they delivered the wrong food to the table. they have not cooked anything, even though my man was not in a position to eat his way overcooked burger; we took her home to eat our dog. hallo salate or something more veggie-friendly.

like another review mentioned, they do not honor reservations. we came before our reservation time, just to find a line of mozens who order for delivery or only to eat in cash. we were one of several parties frustrated by the fact that we were a reservation that was not honoured. there was no on-site manager to help solve or clarify, just a sign and some confused coworkers. Please remove reservations for this restaurant from open table until the restaurant changes its policies.
