I think in the future I will ask them to hold the sauce, as I'd rather try my pulled pork with their mustard vinegar sauce than the traditional bbq that it comes with. I didn't love the Mac n cheese, but didn't hate it either, it just wasn't in my top ten. The rice and gravy was VERY potent and salty, but to be fair maybe it's supposed to be that way. Delicious meals and meat here! We enjoyed the Bud?s Big Bbq platter with pulled pork, 1/4 rack, and chicken breast with smoked mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Everything was great and the atmosphere of the dining was cool with neat photos and memorabilia.

Can you say WOW! Flavors are over the top! I had the 1/4 muffuletta and the picture is only half of it! Wonderful cold cuts and olive salad to die for. My wife had the Cajun smoked chuck roast Po'boy and it was wonderful and full of flavor. Uncle Bud's is our new addiction in Prescott. Can't wait to try more items but can I get past the muffuletta or not!?!

We've been in the Prescott area for about 3 weeks and Uncle Bud's has been the most amazing food we've had yet. The restaurant is small, but the flavor is huge. I had a Bud's Bowl which has a bed of smoked smashed potatoes accompanied by your choice of meat. I chose the smoked chuck roast and spicy Cajun sausage. Then you choose your topping which can be cheese sauce, gravy or one other thing. This is then topped with bacon, chives and shredded cheese. It was incredible. Mywife had the smoked meat loaf.
