"We decided to try The Viking Burger today for our lunch during an outing. The experience was less then enjoyable and this was why: 1. My spouse and I both agreed that the staff was less than friendly when dealing with us and that it was extremely off-putting/a bad first impression. 2. They are insanely overpriced. We got 2 drinks and 2 burgers (side NOT included) for $38. With tip, I believe it was around $45.00. We always tip decently, as a respect thing to restaurant workers. 3. It was HOT in there. I always say well done for the burgers and the response is always, our burgers are all well done, no need to say it” YET EVERY TIME I get my food the burgers are pink in the inside, damn near raw. So yeah, I won’t be back!

I've been going to Viking since they were on Warwick. They are always well cooked, innovative, and delicious. I have never been treated poorly and they always are willing to go that extra mile. Today was an Amy (Valhalla stuffed with Chorizo, ghost pepper cheese, and Mac and cheese), topped with Bacon, grilled Jalapenos, a fried egg, and Viking sauce (must have here), and a Ragnarok. I also asked for a small amount of spitfire sauce (I like it spicy) and they happily obliged. Viking is the best burger in the Tidewater, hands down.
